Everything above works regardless. Copy .env.example to .env and fill in a block to switch each part on.
- No GITHUB_TOKEN — 60 API calls an hour, and no contribution grid.
- No DATABASE_URL — designs render and export, but cannot be saved.
- No Upstash — caching is in memory, which does not survive a cold start.
- No ANTHROPIC_API_KEY — the AI cards render but report that they are not configured.
