These terms set out how you can use FOMVIA, what you agree to when you share your profile objects, and what we each expect.
01Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using FOMVIA, you agree to these terms. If you use FOMVIA for an organisation, you confirm you can accept them for it.
You must be at least Minimum age to use FOMVIA.
02Accounts
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at Security contact if you think someone else has used it.
03Acceptable use
Don’t use FOMVIA to:
- Share anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
- Pretend to be someone else, or show statistics that aren’t yours as if they were.
- Upload content you don’t have the right to use.
- Break, overload, scrape or probe FOMVIA, or get around plan limits.
We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules. Review and appeal process
04Your content and permissions
Your content is the text, stats, links and images you add to FOMVIA.
- You confirm you have the right to use everything you add.
- You give FOMVIA permission to store, process and display your content so the service works: in the editor, on profile pages, in embeds and in exports.
05Connected services
- When you connect a platform, you ask FOMVIA to fetch your data from it. That platform’s terms still apply.
- FOMVIA shows the data the platform provides. We can’t guarantee it’s complete or current.
- Platforms can change or remove access at any time, which may affect what your designs show.
06Plans and payments
FOMVIA has a Free plan and a Pro plan. What each includes is on the pricing page.

08Suspension and termination
- You can stop using FOMVIA and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Notice process
- What happens to your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.
09Service availability
We work to keep FOMVIA running, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change as the product develops. We don’t offer an uptime commitment.

11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we’ll tell you by Notice method before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
