How do I pay?
In India you pay in rupees through Razorpay, with UPI Autopay, a card or netbanking. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars through Dodo Payments, with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Card and UPI details go to them, never to FOMVIA.
Is GST included?
Yes. In India the price you see is what you pay, and your invoice shows the GST split. Add your GSTIN at checkout to get a business invoice. Outside India, any VAT or sales tax for your country is shown before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. You are not charged again, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account moves to Free. Your pages stay online and nothing is deleted.
What happens if a renewal fails?
Your plan keeps working for seven more days while the payment is retried, and we email you. If it still hasn’t gone through after that, your account moves to Free.
What’s the difference between an interactive embed and a static export?
An interactive embed runs the object on your website, so people can drag, rotate and stretch it. A static export is a single image, such as a PNG. It works anywhere images work, but it doesn’t move. Read the guide.
