A username will not load
What to check when a platform's numbers do not appear.
Check the spelling first, and that it is the username, not the display name: the part of your profile's address after the platform's domain.
Make sure the profile is public. Private profiles cannot be read by anyone, including FOMVIA.
If the platform itself is slow or down, try again in a few minutes. Platforms that cannot be read at all, like X or LinkedIn, are filled in by hand instead.
